A beauty guru’s methods for reversing the signs of aging not only improved her appearance but also made her feel fantastic.
Ava, who’s known on TikTok as @glowwithava, took to the social media platform to share her beauty secrets.
“When I’m doing my anti-aging massage, these are the five points I like to focus on,” said Ava.
She strategically applied her skincare products to her face, targeting specific areas she wanted to address.
Starting her routine, she gently massaged the area next to her lips, lifting in an upward motion to reverse the signs of aging.

“Do this exercise five times for each point and you want to make sure you have a really good grip, so make you sure you have serum or moisturizer underneath.”
“When you don’t have a fancy tool, fingers are your best friend,” the content creator added.
“We’re doing the laugh lines, it’s also really good for people with allergies.”
Ava gently lifted the lines, the folds in the skin extending from both sides of the nose to the corners of the mouth, using an upward motion.
To achieve even more impressive results, she incorporated acupressure techniques around the eye area to relieve tension.
Recognizing the strain our eyes endure throughout the day, she focused on giving this area extra care.
After releasing the tension, she recommended gently gliding across the skin instead of tugging, extending this approach to her technique over the brow bone as well.
